Key outcomes
Built the capacity of our project partner to be a leading provider of sexual and reproductive health and rights education in Fiji. RFHAF continue to build the educational skills of their staff, document and deliver planned sessions for young people and adults, build skills in conducting evaluations, develop health education resources, and engage with stakeholders including government.
Our project partner has reached 6,355 people, including 2,884 under the age of 18 years, and is now able to mobilise six teams at any given time to respond to requests for education from schools, communities and organisations in the Central, Eastern, Northern and Western Divisions.
Our project partner is now recognised as a competent educator and has delivered professional development programs to 20 teachers and 20 nurses on sexual and reproductive health and rights education to increase young people's access to education and information.
