Overview of Study

The Implanon Bleeding Study recruited women with an Implanon rod inserted who were experiencing prolonged or frequent vaginal bleeding.

The study involved patients keeping a diary of bleeding patterns, as well as possible treatment and regular contact with our research team. The study was being run from our Family Planning NSW clinic in Ashfield.
