Your answer will be sent to the email address you provide and may be posted in the FAQs section of this website (without your personal details). Up to date information on a range of topics can be found in our Factsheets and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).
When you email a question to Healthline, our system will generate an automatic response acknowledging your email. Sometimes you don’t receive this due to spam filters or a faulty email address. If you don't receive the automatic response, or if you haven't had a reply from us within one week, please phone us on 1300 658 886, or TTY for deaf 02 8752 4360, or see your local health care provider.
